![]() The location is unfortunately all it has going for it. My daughter and I visited for breakfast as it was convenient for our shopping trip to Easons. ![]() I totally recommend everyone to avoid their place. Her indifferent and rude way of speaking was beyond unacceptable for someone who serves customers and who works with people. She not only refused to say her name, but also emphasized even more how terrible their customer service is. At lunch time that day, I came back to talk to the manager and ask her name, as I would write this complaint. Some people left without even finishing their coffees. Also, she said they needed the tables to be empty in half an hour because the restaurant would be used for lunch time (half an hour would be 10:30, who has lunch at this time?). She stated that we were a big group and not all of us were having a coffee. However, five minutes later, the manager came to the table, and in a total disrespectful way, said that, in other words, we should leave the place. Then, some of us stood up and bought some coffee. At 9:50, one of the staff came to us and asked if we were going to have any coffee, as we were using the tables. ![]() I have been there before and it was a lovely experience. I am an English teacher and I took a group of students to have coffee and some conversations in the place.
